Where to Read or List Serials

The former version of this was listed at the Reddit community ” /r/webfiction “. However, it seems that attempts to keep it updated have been downvoted so I’ve removed the old list. Therefore I’ll leave this post here as a resource for those thinking about jumping into publishing serials online. Several publishers do have online /digital delivery but may not be web-based.
